Privacy

Sleeve is a personal journal operated by KazmaTek LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. “We” and “us” refer to KazmaTek LLC. We store the journal content you choose to add so Sleeve can sync it across your devices. We do not sell that content, use it for advertising, train models on it, or disclose it except as described below.

When you sign up and use Sleeve, we collect:

• Account. Your email address, the display name and handle you choose, and the headline on your profile.
• Onboarding answers. Why you want to use Sleeve, your goals, style and vibe preferences, age range, repeat-recall estimate, logging frequency, reminder choice, and how you heard about Sleeve. We use these answers to configure onboarding, reminders, and product defaults. We do not use them to target ads.
• Fits. The photo, date, occasion, mood, location, the people you tag as company, your notes, and your star (Banger) flag.
• Wardrobe items. The name, category, brand, color, size, photo, and notes for each piece, plus the fits where you tagged it.
• Rewears. When you log a fit as a rewear of an earlier one, both stay linked.
• Usage and diagnostics. A limited set of usage events, crash reports, and device details, including the app version, iOS version, and device model, through Google Firebase. This data uses an app-install identifier and is not linked to your Sleeve account or advertising identifier. Sleeve does not track you across other apps.

• To run Sleeve on your devices and sync your data between them.
• To create your timeline, calendar, search results, monthly recap, and repeat warnings from what you log.
• To send required account emails, including password resets and account changes. These emails are not marketing messages.
• To debug crashes, prevent abuse, and respond when you write in.

Sleeve uses Google Firebase Analytics and Google Firebase Crashlytics to measure product use and diagnose failures:

• Usage events. Sleeve records onboarding completion, the first fit logged, and rewears. These events do not include photos, notes, tags, or other journal content.
• Crash reports. A crash or internal error may send a stack trace, device model, iOS version, and app version.

This data is processed for us by Google under Google’s privacy policy (Firebase’s data practices are detailed in Privacy and Security in Firebase). We do not use this data for advertising or combine it with journal content.

Turn off Share usage data in Settings to stop new Analytics events and Crashlytics reports. The setting applies immediately on that device and remains off until you change it.

Sleeve uses Google Firebase. Firebase Authentication is processed in the United States. Firestore, Storage, Analytics, and Crashlytics may process data in the United States and other locations where Google operates. Firestore and Storage encrypt data at rest, and Firebase encrypts data in transit. International transfers are handled under Google’s data processing terms and applicable transfer safeguards.

We do not sell your data. We disclose it to service providers only as needed to operate Sleeve:

• Google (Firebase). Hosting, authentication, storage, analytics, and crash reporting.

We may disclose information when required by law, including in response to a valid subpoena or court order. We may also disclose information to protect the rights, safety, and security of Sleeve, our users, or the public.

Anyone can check whether a handle is available, and that check resolves the handle to an internal account identifier and the time it was claimed, though handles are not otherwise shown publicly.

Sleeve requests camera access so you can attach a mirror pic to a fit. You can also choose an existing photo through the iOS photo picker, which shares only the photos you select. Sleeve stores only the photos you capture or select for the app. It does not copy or scan the rest of your photo library.

Sleeve is intended only for adults 18 and older. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has signed up, write to privacy@sleeve.fashion and we’ll remove their account.

Anywhere you live, you can:

• Delete an individual fit, a wardrobe item, or your whole account from inside the app.
• Export your archive from Settings as a JSON file that includes your journal data and photos.
• Correct any wrong information from your profile screen.

Deleting your account removes your profile and journal data as described below. Crashlytics keeps crash reports and associated identifiers for 90 days before beginning removal. Google Analytics retention is controlled by the Sleeve Analytics property settings and does not affect standard aggregated reports. Turn off Share usage data in Settings to stop new collection on that device.

Delete your account from Settings → Delete account. After you confirm your password, Sleeve deletes your Firebase Authentication account and starts deletion of your profile, handle, fits, wardrobe items, photos, and onboarding answers from Firestore and Storage. The app also clears its local archive. Account deletion cannot be undone.

• Account and journal data: until you delete the content or your account.
• Crashlytics data: 90 days before Firebase begins removing it from live and backup systems.
• Analytics data: according to the Sleeve Google Analytics property retention settings; aggregated reports are not affected by that setting.

We will update this policy when our practices change. We will announce material changes in the app or by email and update the effective date.
