Terms

Last updated: July 6, 2026

The short version

Use Sleeve to journal your own fits. Don’t use it to harass anyone or break the law. We’ll do our best to keep your data safe, but back up anything you can’t afford to lose. We’ll update these terms in plain language if any of that changes.

Who you’re agreeing with

Sleeve is made and operated by KazmaTek LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. “Sleeve,” “we,” and “us” refer to KazmaTek LLC. “You” means whoever downloads, installs, or uses the app. When you use Sleeve, these terms are an agreement between you and KazmaTek LLC.

Account

You need an account to use Sleeve. Sign up with an email and password. Keep your credentials to yourself — your journal is yours alone. You can close your account from Settings at any time.

We can suspend or close an account if it’s being used to harass others, distribute illegal material, or otherwise abuse the service.

Your content

You own everything you log into Sleeve. Photos, notes, tags, wardrobe items — they’re yours. Giving us a copy through the app grants us a limited license to host, back up, and show that content back to you on your devices. Nothing more. We don’t sell it, license it elsewhere, or train models on it.

Don’t upload material that isn’t yours, doesn’t have a clear right of use, or violates anyone’s privacy — including a friend in a mirror pic with you who’d rather not be there.

What you agree not to do

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source of the app, except where local law explicitly permits it.
  • Use Sleeve to send abusive, harassing, or unlawful content to any other person.
  • Probe Sleeve or our backend for security holes without our written permission.
  • Build a competing service by scraping or copying Sleeve’s interfaces, content, or design.
  • Bypass usage limits, share an account, or otherwise abuse the service.

Billing

If you subscribe to a paid plan, billing is handled by the App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel through Apple. We don’t see your payment details — Apple does. Refund requests go through Apple too.

Usage data

Sleeve collects a small amount of anonymous usage and crash data through Google Firebase (Analytics and Crashlytics) so we can tell whether the app works and fix it when it doesn’t. It never includes the contents of your journal. What’s collected, how long Google keeps it, and how to turn it off (Settings → Share usage data) are described in the Privacy Policy.

Service availability

We aim for high uptime but can’t promise zero downtime. Planned maintenance, third-party outages (Firebase, the App Store), and the occasional bad deploy can interrupt the service. We’ll work to restore it as quickly as we can.

Disclaimer

Sleeve is provided as-is and as-available. We don’t warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet any particular need beyond what we describe. Keep an external copy of photos you’d be devastated to lose.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — for example, business interruption, lost data, or emotional damages from a missing memory. Our total liability for any claim, no matter the cause, is capped at the greater of one hundred US dollars or the amount you’ve paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using Sleeve and delete your account whenever you want. We can suspend or terminate an account for material breach of these terms; if we do, we’ll let you know and, when feasible, give you a chance to fix it first. The sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination (Your content, Liability, Disclaimer, Governing law) will.

Changes

We’ll update these terms when the product changes meaningfully. When we do, we’ll update the date below and, if the change is material, let you know in the app and by email.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States — where KazmaTek LLC is registered — without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Disputes go to the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
